FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, APPLEPAY, CASH, AND PERSONAL CHECKS. WE ALSO OFFER AN ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL. WE DELIVER THE FINEST CARE AT THE MOST REASONABLE COST TO OUR PATIENTS; THEREFORE, PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME SERVICE IS RENDERED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN ADVANCE. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES CHARGED BY THIS OFFICE REGARDLESS OF YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.
AS A COURTESY TO OUR PATIENTS, WE WILL HELP YOU FILE YOUR DENTAL CLAIM AND WILL CONTINUE TO HELP THROUGH THE PROCESS UNTIL THE CLAIM IS SETTLED. HOWEVER, PAYMENTS FROM INSURANCE COMPANIES CAN SOMETIMES BE UNPREDICTABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BENEFITS QUOTED ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
THEREFORE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE, WE ASK FOR AT LEAST 50% OF THE FEE TO BE PAID PRIOR TO TREATMENT. MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL RESPOND WITHIN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS. ANY REMAINING BALANCE AFTER YOUR INSURANCE HAS PAID IS YOUR RE- SPONSIBILITY. IF YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER PAID MORE THAN EXPECTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CHECK FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
THIRD PARTY FINANCING IS AVAILABLE THROUGH CARE CREDIT, WHICH ALSO ALLOWS OUR PATIENTS TO RECEIVE TREATMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
